My favorite car wash! Not only do they do a great job cleaning the inside and outside of my car, the staff is also super friendly! Need a car wash? Go to Cruisers!

The employees at this car wash are always very friendly, which is why I feel bad leaving this review. However, the past few times I’ve visited, I’ve had to ask for my vehicle to be re-vacuumed because areas were missed. Today, I didn’t have time to ask for it to be redone, and this was the condition my car was in after paying $40 for the premium wash. I understand it’s extremely hot outside and that the staff may be trying to work efficiently, but this has become a recurring issue rather than a one-time mistake. When paying for a premium service, I shouldn’t have to inspect the vehicle and request corrections almost every visit. The customer service is excellent, which is why I keep coming back, but the quality of the vacuuming and interior cleaning needs improvement to match the price being charged.

$15 for an exterior only? Okay. So the guys pull my van up and are clearly scrubbing it down with brown dirty water. On top of that they have pressure washers with no pressure. May as well use a garden hose. So my van comes to on the other end still dirty and the kid literally can’t get the van out of park. It’s an automatic. So I pull it around for the kid and give him a few minutes to finish. He calls me up and unfortunately I just tipped him and took off. Once I got home I noticed the van was still completely dirty. It cost me $15 to get me what a good rainstorm would have gotten me. Do not recommend. Will not be back.

Just took my car through Cruisers Car Wash in Wilmington and I’m seriously impressed. The staff was friendly, the line moved fast, and my car came out looking spotless — even the wheels and windows were shining. The vacuums had strong suction and made the interior cleanup quick and easy. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place clean and well-run. For the price and convenience, it’s easily one of the best car washes in town. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends.

Stopped by the S College location while running errands to get my mother’s small Buick SUV cleaned up. A great experience! For just over $20, it’s a great deal! Staff was friendly, especially Keaton, who did the final touches when out of the car wash. I read some of the bad reviews, but that didn’t deter us from trying it out. It’s not a full “detail” service, as those are well over $100. We got exactly what we paid for - an excellent exterior wash and basic interior cleanup. The price CANNOT be beat for what you get. There’s a convenient, interior waiting area too. I plan to bring my car next I’m in the area. Awesome experience!
